Raising funds

Let's face it, running a web site costs money.  If you're on a tight budget and running a UK web site, I recommend Better than Banners - you could raise enough money to cover your hosting costs with minimal effort.  All you have to do is display a small advertisement on three pages (of your choosing) within your site.  For this, you will receive a £10 joining fee, then £5 for each month that you display the banners.  You can choose to receive the money either in Amazon vouchers or cash.  It may seem to be too good to be true, but I can confirm that it works!  The first step is to click through to Better than Banners and sign up.  You will need to specify at the signup stage the URL (web address) of your three chosen pages - all should be from the same domain.  Better than Banners will check out your site and if it is accepted, you will receive full instructions on how to add the code for the adverts to your site.  Go on, give it a try - you've got nothing to lose and could end up with £70 or more to gain over your first year.
